We offer four standard packages, but each can be tailored to meet the requirements of your business and be renewed on a quarterly, annual or biannual basis. To discuss our EDM maintenance packages, please get in touch.
Level 1 EDM Maintenance Package
Our entry level EDM maintenance package includes one service visit per contract schedule. During this visit, one of our qualified and experienced EDM engineers will undertake a complete multipoint check of all the machine’s functions. He will then prepare a full written report on the machine’s condition.
We will notify you of any items or parts that require attention or replacement and provide details of the costs involved in undertaking that work.
Any service breakdown callouts are charged separately.
Level 2 EDM Maintenance Package
The Level 2 EDM Maintenance Package includes one service visit per contract schedule. During this visit, one of our qualified and experienced EDM engineers will undertake a preventive maintenance service and a complete multipoint check of all the machine’s functions. He will then prepare a full written report on the machine’s condition.

The Level 3 EDM Maintenance Package includes one service visit per contract schedule. The package also includes free service breakdown callouts for UK mainland customers. All labour and callout charges are included; parts are excluded.
Level 4 EDM Maintenance Package (Agency brand machines only)
The Level 4 EDM Maintenance Package includes one service visit per contract schedule. During this visit, one of our qualified and experienced EDM engineers will undertake a full preventive maintenance service and a complete multipoint check of all the machine’s functions. He will then prepare a full written report on the machine’s condition.
We will notify you of any items or parts that require attention or replacement and provide details of the costs involved in undertaking that work.
