High precision EDM machines with advanced technology
A self designed and manufactured Meehanite cast iron base together with a self developed discharge circuit with the CNC numerical control system by ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) have enabled Neu-ar to successfully develop a high precision machine with advanced technology for low electrode wear and high speed cutting. These developments are on par with advanced electrical discharge technology in Europe and Japan.
Fully computerized control systems
In addition to CNC numerically controlled machines and NC programmable machines, Neu-ar have also developed fully computerized control systems.
